Electrical All electrical work is carried out by a competent electrical contractor in strict accordance with Building Standards regulations, lighting and sockets to each room, TV ariel point, BT point, Smoke detector, automatic control light fitted at principal door.
Decoration All internal woodwork is oak, chrome/brass ironmongery. Finishings stained and varnished, smooth finish ceilings with coving. Walls and ceiling emulsioned.
Central Heating Gas fired central heating – installation will be carried out by a competent heating engineer registered with the Council of Registered Gas Installers (CORGI) scheme. Thermostatic radiators correctly positioned to heat the entire house. In sites where mains gas is not available i.e Brydekirk, Oil Heating will be used.
Kitchens & Bathrooms An allowance of £3000 for a kitchen and £750 per bathroom is included in our price, giving you the option to choose your own.

Accredited Construction Details (Scotland) The dwelling has been designed and will be constructed following the guidance in ‘Accredited Construction Details (Scotland)’. However a higher standard of workmanship and site quality control will be adopted with a view to achieving an even lower air infiltration rate than can normally be achieved.
